The Add-Ons (Billed Pass-Through)
- Disposal: billed at the landfill rate + 15% handling. Cook County C&D typically $45–$90/ton.
- Dumpsters: ordered through our vendor and billed at cost + 15%.
- Materials: consumables, PPE, specialty supplies — billed at cost.
- Minimum job: $500. 30% deposit at booking on jobs over $1,500.
