How Demolition Pricing Works

Per-hour, per-crew. Disposal billed straight through.

We don't hide pricing behind a sales call. Demolition cleanouts price three ways — labor, disposal, and dumpsters — and you see each line on the quote.

Standard

$75 / hr / crew member

Scheduled cleanouts with normal lead time. Most flips and tenant turnovers.

Premium

$95 / hr / crew member

Heavy debris, larger crews, or jobs needing specialized handling.

Rush

$110 / hr / crew member

Same-day or next-day turnaround when the job site can't wait.

The Add-Ons (Billed Pass-Through)

  • Disposal: billed at the landfill rate + 15% handling. Cook County C&D typically $45–$90/ton.
  • Dumpsters: ordered through our vendor and billed at cost + 15%.
  • Materials: consumables, PPE, specialty supplies — billed at cost.
  • Minimum job: $500. 30% deposit at booking on jobs over $1,500.
